The Catawbans is a senior men's organization serving the Catawba and Lincoln County areas of Lake Norman. Our purpose is to provide an organization that allows for networking among retired and semi-retired men with similar interests and circumstances; provide an opportunity for men new to the region to make acquaintances and become assimilated into the area through activities of common interest; to share experiences with people you enjoy spending time with in activities you enjoy; to share expertise with others; to find and pursue new interests and hobbies.

Gentlemen,
This is my last breakfast meeting as the president of this great club. It has been apleasure and an honor to serve as the 2025 year president. I worked with afantastic board in the hope of delivering a good Catawban experience to you. Iwill remain on the board as the past president and work with the 2026 board.
I want to thank Ron Bavier and George Ruth for their service to the club, as they will be leaving the Catawbans Board. I also want to thank Jim Smith, John Brunetti, and Waine Ratliff for accepting positions on the 2026 Board.
In closing, I hope all of you stay members in 2026!
